Who we are

Saraayu Institute of Economics, Statistics & Econometrics (“Saraayu”, “we”) is a coaching institute based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Questions about this policy can be sent to badavathnaresh301@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our enquiry form. Nothing is gathered in the background, and we do not buy contact lists.

  • Your name and phone number, which are required to respond to you.
  • Your email address, programme of interest, highest qualification and previous attempts, where you choose to provide them.
  • Anything you write in the free-text field of the form.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, advise you on a suitable programme, and — if you join — administer your admission and cohort. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the enquiry you raised. If you ask to be told when free resources or examination notifications are published, we will send those too, and will stop as soon as you ask us to.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
  • We do not share your details with other institutes, publishers or agents.
  • We do not use your enquiry to build advertising profiles.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are sent over an authenticated connection from our website host to an access-controlled admissions database operated for us by Cloudflare. Vercel and Cloudflare process this data on our instructions to host the website and store the enquiry; we do not expose enquiry records through a public listing endpoint. Enquiry records are routinely deleted after 365 days and can be deleted sooner on request.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting visitor analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.

Your choices

Write to badavathnaresh301@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to stop us contacting you, or to have your record deleted. We act on such requests within a reasonable period and confirm when it is done.

Children

Our programmes are aimed at graduates and postgraduates. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian being involved.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date above.
